We highly recommend Jake Sullivan. We met him at the open house of the home we purchased. We appreciated that he was super knowledgeable about the property, the area and also what to expect as we were first time home buyers. We liked him so much that we asked him to represent us in purchasing the home -- he represented both the seller and the us, the buyers. Jake was always transparent, patient (we had A LOT of questions) and approachable. He went above and beyond by contacting 10+ chimney inspectors (apparently December is a busy time for chimneys) to ensure we would receive an accurate understanding of the state of the property before the closing. He also addressed another concern of ours and contacted friends of his to answer questions we had about the local schools before we made an offer. Through the purchasing process, he was timely and reliable on all the interactions with us. We highly recommend Jake as a real state agent in the South Bay!!

After looking for months for a descent house in a descent area, at a reasonable price for my family, and not finding it, I was starting to feel frustrated. Lucky me that a good realtor, that I knew from a different city happened to know Jake. She referred me to him. He never tried to lower my expectations, as many other realtors tend to do to try to lower "your guard" to close the deal quickly. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and scared of the idea of making such a big commitment and purchase. As I built up the savings and courage for my first home, Jake was there every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of his line of work. From breaking down ways to achieve your dream home, to walking you through every step of escrow. He will always have your back and will never try to schmooze you into an uncomfortable purchase. Even through COVID he was extremely cautious and up to date on all rules and regulations. I would recommend him to anyone looking in the housing market or even income property.
