After looking for months for a descent house in a descent area, at a reasonable price for my family, and not finding it, I was starting to feel frustrated. Lucky me that a good realtor, that I knew from a different city happened to know Jake. She referred me to him. Jake made contact with me right away and things began changing for good from that moment on. He listened to me kindly from the very first conversation. He started to get me good options right away. He never tried to lower my expectations, as many other realtors tend to do to try to lower "your guard" to close the deal quickly. Instead he would just listen patiently and keep looking for the perfect fit. After a very short period of time he was able to find the perfect house for my family expectations.
